Account and Data Deletion – Amacapy

At Amacapy, we respect your right to privacy and provide you with the option to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. If you wish to delete your Amacapy account, please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to request account deletion:

  1. Send an email to our support team at: [email protected].
  2. In the subject line of the email, write: “Account Deletion Request.”
  3. In the body of the message, make sure to include the following information:
    • The email address you used to register.
    • A confirmation stating that you wish to delete your account and all related data.
Once we receive your request, our team will process the deletion of your account within 7 business days.

Data that will be deleted:

When your Amacapy account is deleted, the following data will be removed:
  • Your user profile.
  • Product listings you have automated or managed.
  • Any data related to your activity in the app.

Data that may be retained:

In some cases, certain data may need to be retained for an additional period due to legal or contractual obligations. This may include:
  • Transaction or purchase-related information.
  • Data that must be retained to comply with tax or legal regulations (until the necessary retention periods are fulfilled).

Data retention:

After your account is deleted, we will only retain the information that we are legally obligated to keep for the necessary retention period. All other information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
