By using this application, you unconditionally accept all and every provision included in this policy. If you do not agree with these provisions, you must not use the Application.

Serchz is committed to data minimization and only collects the information strictly necessary to provide and enhance our business data search and export services.

Email Address: Used for unique user identification, authentication (login), communication regarding the account (such as password reset and essential service notifications), and credit management.

Business Search History: Stored for presentation so the user can review, reuse, or export past search results. This data is also used to calculate credit consumption.

2. Location Data

No. This Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device. Locations entered by the user in the search fields (location) are consultation data actively input by the user to define the geographical scope of the business search, not device geolocation data.

3. Automatic Data Collection and Third-Party Services

Serchz may work with third-party analytics companies (Analytics Companies) to better understand how the Application is being used, including frequency and duration of use across different sections. This data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized manner for internal optimization and application stability purposes.

Advertising

Serchz is committed to maintaining a transparent model. Given that the core service involves charging credits per search, Serchz does not work with third-party advertisers or ad networks and, therefore, does not share data with them for in-App advertising.

By using Serchz, you consent to the processing of your data (email and business search history) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

“Processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on the information, including but not limited to collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing the information as necessary for the operation and provision of the Application’s services.
